***WIND ADVISORY in effect from January 8, 11:00PM until January 9, 11:00AM*** Current Conditions as of 3pm Thursday: After a day with sunshine and temperatures in the 50’s, clouds are on the increase due to another storm system coming in from the Midwest. Morning PM2.5 concentrations in the upper-good/low-moderate range have decreased into the good range as the southerly winds increase and could be quite gusty overnight into tomorrow morning. ***Friday’s Forecast: Periods of rain overnight into Friday morning with gusty winds as the 1st of two storm systems roll through the region, bringing with it a breezy southerly wind and air quality in the upper-good range due to adequate mixing. ***Extended Outlook: On the heels of that storm, another low-pressure approaches from the southwest bringing with it temperatures in the 40’s with periods of rain Saturday and temperatures in the 30’s and snow on Sunday behind a strong cold front with gusty westerly winds.
