A couple of showers are likely late in the day and Saturday night as a cold front approaches. *** Sunday’s forecast: Winds finally shift into westerly mode Sunday, and this allows for some sunshine to return in the afternoon. Moderate PM2.5 will continue with a morning shower possible. *** Monday’s forecast: Times of clouds and sunshine Monday with a warmer afternoon as temperatures rise well into the 60s. Afternoon mixing and dispersion will lower PM2.5, with highest concentrations by morning. *** Extended forecast: The warmest day of the forecast period will come on Tuesday with 70-degree temperatures possible for the first time since last fall.
