A rain shower can occur late in the afternoon, and a couple of rain and snow showers can occur at night. *** Monday’s forecast: Monday will be the chilliest day of the forecast period with clouds and sunshine and highs only around 50 degrees. Brisk mixing will promote low levels of air pollutants. Frost and freezing temperatures are likely Monday night. *** Extended forecast: A warming trend will commence Tuesday and Wednesday with highs back into the 70s by late in the week.
