Central Regions: This area started off the period of Monday/Tuesday as Good, then transitioned to Moderate for Wednesday/Thursday. After being cleaned out by the front last night would expect conditions to go back to Good for at least today. Today will be the coldest day of the period, and the entire area dips below freezing tonight. Then it's sunny and around 50 for highs on Saturday, and highs around 60 for Sunday. There will be a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms reintroduced into the forecast on Monday and otherwise partly sunny skies with highs around 70. Mixing heights for the entire period today through Monday will be around 3000-4000 ft. The NOAA 06Z BC is going with Good through at least Saturday which based on the forecast and very recently being cleaned out by the front seems reasonable. Temperatures warm significantly with 60's on Sunday and 70's on Monday, so it's possible some PM2.5 Moderate level can be expected by the latter half of the period.
