[View the ADEQ Hourly Forecast for Yuma]
Ozone levels stayed in the low Moderate AQI range yesterday, while PM10 and PM2.5 ended up in the Good range. Today, strong winds are currently coming down the Colorado River valley towards Yuma, which we suspect will kick up some dust over the coming hours. Therefore, we are forecasting Moderate levels of PM10 and PM2.5 today. On the other hand, the winds are forecast to bring ozone level down into the Good range.

Looking ahead through the rest of the forecast period. Ozone is forecast to increase over the weekend with calmer conditions, then drop down on Monday with stronger southerly winds. As for PM10 and PM2.5, we are forecasting them to stay in the Good range after today. However, there will be a slight uptick Monday and Tuesday with breezier winds.
