Daily Air Quality Forecast for Patagonia, Arizona

[View the ADEQ Hourly Forecast for Nogales]
Today (Friday) and Saturday will be the coldest days of this forecast period. Then by Sunday, temperatures will gradually warm up again, with highs returning to the upper 60s by Monday of next week. Moreover, it will be breezy. Winds out of the east look to persist for several days--and even nights--through at least Monday.

As for the air quality, the recent rain will help to limit PM10 (dust) levels over the next several days. The winds will also help to keep locally produced PM10 dispersed, particularly in the overnight/morning hours.

The winds will also help to keep locally produced PM2.5 dispersed. However, PM2.5 levels could be elevated if/when winds become light/calm overnight.

Check back on Monday morning for the latest.
