A small low pressure system over Arizona will lead to partly sunny skies today. Chances for showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening are expected to remain just east of the forecast area over the eastern half of Pinal County. Mostly clear skies are expected Saturday through Tuesday. Anticipate some easterly daytime breeziness in the Saturday through Monday time frame (most noticeably Saturday and Sunday).
Peak 8 hour Ozone each day is expected to remain in the Good category aided by the time of year and favorable ventilation.
Daily average PM10 (dust) will increase to the upper part of the Good range Saturday through Monday due to the potential for localized pockets of dust getting kicked up during the times of strongest breeziness. But overall, the daily average values are expected to remain in the Good category aided by otherwise favorable daytime ventilation.
