One ozone monitor managed to reach the low Moderate AQI category, while all PM10 and PM2.5 monitors stayed in the Good category. Looking ahead, there will continue to be chances for thunderstorm activity in the area today and tomorrow. After tomorrow, thunderstorm activity should quiet down.
Switching to air quality, we don't anticipate any major issues. Brief dust from thunderstorm outflows will be possible this afternoon and potentially tomorrow afternoon as well. However, we do not expect anything significant here in Tucson. PM10 and PM2.5 are forecast to stay in the Good AQI range through the forecast period. As for ozone, it is forecast to continue hovering around the upper Good to lower Moderate AQI range.
