Mild and warm weather conditions will continue this weekend and early next week. Winds will remain mostly light each day, with light easterly winds possible Sunday night into Monday morning.
As for PM10 (dust), PM10 will remain locally driven each day. Therefore, highest PM10 levels should occur in the mornings and/or evenings. Higher PM10 levels will also be more likely on weekdays, with business/work activities.
As for PM2.5 (smoke), PM2.5 could be more elevated in the evenings this weekend as more people get into the holiday spirit (i.e. we're one weekend closer to Christmas). So, PM2.5 is forecast in the Moderate AQI category the next few days.
Check back on Monday morning for the next West Pinal Air Quality Forecast.
