Shower and thunderstorm activity over southern Gila County this will taper off by mid-morning and may delay activity over northern Gila County later today but not eliminate it altogether. Storm activity is expected to largely remain confined to places the the Rim and White Mountains as the week progresses but with an overall decline in storm coverage beginning Thursday. Temperatures however will increase. In fact, the National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning in effect Thursday through Sunday.
Daily average PM10 values are expected to remain in the Good range.
