Sunday, March 29 and Monday, March 30: Surface high pressure east of the state will produce periods of moderate southwesterly winds. While these winds will aid dispersion, they will also carry regional pollutants and smoke from agricultural fires in the southeastern U.S. into the Mahoning Valley.
