PM10 levels remained in the Good AQI category yesterday, although there was a brief spike in PM10 with strong winds in the evening. Looking ahead, there will continue to be chances for thunderstorm activity in the area today and tomorrow. After tomorrow, thunderstorm activity should quiet down.
Switching to air quality, brief dust from thunderstorm outflows will be possible again this afternoon and potentially tomorrow afternoon as well. As a result, we are forecasting higher levels of PM10 today and tomorrow. Overall though, we are still expecting PM10 levels to remain in the Good AQI range through the forecast period.
