A pocket of light fine particle pollution has drifted from North Dakota into western Minnesota this afternoon behind a weakening cold front, and it may linger into Tuesday due to light winds. A passing low pressure system should help to exchange airmasses by Tuesday evening, and bring a shield of rain across portions of southern, central and northeastern Minnesota.
