A typical fall-like pollutant pattern is expected through Friday. As winds calm Tuesday night, dry air will allow substantial radiative cooling at night. This pattern will persist through Friday. Radiative cooling will stabilize the surface layer with a surface inversion, allowing pollutants to increase.
