These conditions will keep particle levels low- to mid-Moderate. Tuesday, an upper-level trough of low pressure passing over the region will aid vertical mixing. At the surface, moderate to gusty onshore winds and rain showers will disperse pollutants. Thus, particle levels will improve to high-Good to low-Moderate.
