Tuesday through Thursday, abundant sunshine and temperatures in the mid- to upper-90s will enhance ozone formation. In addition, onshore winds will be light through much of the period, reducing pollutant dispersion. However, southwesterly winds will strengthen late each afternoon, gradually bringing cleaner air into the Sacramento region. As a result, ozone levels will be low- to mid-Moderate on all three days.
